What we’re looking for

Full-time and part-time teachers with early-childhood experience (or the right energy and willingness to learn). State certification is a plus, not a must.
Interns in early-childhood education, child development, or related programs. We’ll coordinate with your college.
Volunteers for special events, classroom helpers, and parent committee work.
Everyone we bring on is background-checked and certified in CPR and First Aid.

$150 per week flat-rate childcare for your own kids. A working benefit, not a marketing line.
Up to 3 weeks paid vacation per year, accruing as you grow with us.
CPR and First Aid certification on us.
A small, locally owned school on Main Street, not a franchise.
